Default 02 wrx fog light with high beam mod

I want mod my 02 WRX fog lights so that they can run with my high beams on. I searched how to do this and found a few different ways, and I want to make sure I do it correctly, the first time! What is the proper and best way to rewire my fog lights so they stay on with my brights on?

The proper way would be to not do it.

Fog lights do not provide any additional forward vision when your high beams are needed.

High beams are the worst thing you can use when fog lights are needed.

Yikes, reading this now in 2020. Think the whole idea was for looks. Least that’s what I’m here for.
Would love to mod my high beams to purple while keeping fogs on. No help on this thread tho : D
