![]() After a year of staying away from my Subaru dealer (26,xxx), I went back to get details on the sti and pre-ordering.
Anyway one of them said my txs stg 2 (+large TMIC) was lighter than the US sti. No specific number was given. So if the wrx is 3080 lbs. what is the wt of the us wrx sti? I did not put a $3,000 dollar (10% deposit down yet), but I did learn this sti will be a "drivers" car. No frills like a radio, leather seats, moonroof, or so on. I know that some Z-car people were upset that the 350 Z did not come in at about 2,600 lbs. I mean here is a little 2 seater with zero useful space that is heavier than a wrx.
