Default The bad part of the STi...

I thought things got busy when the WRX came around. I see another 10,000+ members popping up. I guess this might not be so bad, but I see a lot of high and mighty new STi owners too.

The STi will be nice for brand recognition. I'm sick of kids on campus in their riced out hondas scoffing at my WRX wagon. Maybe a turboed B18 can out run my bone stock wagon, but the new STi's will give some of these clowns a run for their money and bump the Impreza into the same class as the RX-7 and Supra.

-It is also a good incentive to turn your Wagon into an STi wagon (and I don't mean doing so by slapping a sticker on it). All you need is the STi's brakes, 2.5l turbo, 6-speed, R180 rear diff, instrument cluster, seats, and so on and so forth. The cost of all this will only rival the cost of your education- I think it's worth it! -Bolster

Ya, but my RS is still lighter! And um, no turbo lag. I wonder how much a full STi drivetrain swap would cost...
