2011 STi - Riddle Me This
OK, known good car, no known issues.
Using Cobb AP, reset was sent to ECU on low battery. Now, only thing that works when car ignition is turned to ON are the front lights. Nothing else seems to be getting power. New Battery installed, all fuses visually check, no change. Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

I suggest you check the power to both sides of each of the fuses under the hood and then the dash fuses using at least a test light probe. Place the probe on the test points, on top of each fuse to check the voltage. If you don't already have something to test with you need to purchase or borrow one.

As unlikely as it may be, after looking at this diagram, it appears it may be the main fuse, I will check it when I get home (seems this fuse if tucked away under a cover)

That link you provided doesn't go to any diagram for me. If the main fuse was the trouble, I don't see how the lights would work. Some folks have found the fuse was loose and caused issues.
