Default STi Western-Region-Unveiling Photos

Here're some random photos from the Western Region STi unveiling at the Petersen Automotive Museum today... not the best quality. High-res photos available.

there is no trunk pass-thru. you're seeing the back of the rear seat foam because apparently they don't have a trunk carpet which doesn't have the cut-out in it for the pass-thru.

I would assume they'll have a correctly cut piece of carpet for the production vehicles.

04 STi/EVO??

Thumbs up

Nice pictures. I was there today with all the other STi fanatics. The really nice feature that is hard to see in the pictures is the HIDs. There is a leveling switch on the dash with 4 positions. One word-awesome. The seat also seems to move better and the bolsters are firmer than the WRX. The DCCD is simple and easy to use.

There were also a lot of hooked up WRXs with ESX and other tuners and private owners present. With that said, none of them came close to the simplicity and beauty of the STi. When my white one comes in, I won't even touch it. Maybe tires and wheels for the track, but that is it.

When you see the STi in person, it is like seeing the sun rising for the first time.

Just my .02
