You mean something from 6+ years ago? And Chris doesn't make anything. Our talented fabricators do

Not at this time, but further product development on prior generations of various turbocharged Subaru chassis is something that we are constantly trying to work towards.

All of the people dredging up old crap just to make themselves sound like they are moral messiahs really is juvenile. You guys should go crawl back in your holes.
MAPerformance has been a great company to do business with. They help individuals with goals succeed by providing support and sponsorship if you have what it takes to qualify for it. They are here to discuss the parts that they make in an effort to provide US with options, and they do a good job of that. I applaud their efforts, because competition keeps prices in check. We need MORE options, not fewer, so when you (you know who you are) come in to THEIR thread, and bring up crap from 6 or 7 years ago, what exactly are you trying to accomplish? Have YOU ever been personally harmed by the actions of ANYONE at MAP? Have they ever failed to deliver a product you paid for? Have they ever failed to honor a VALID warranty issue you have had? Like I said, go crawl back into your holes. To MAP, Thank you for doing the donkey work. Thank you for your help, and thank you for your willingness to work with enthusiasts, in an effort to further the Subaru brand. I genuinely appreciate it. |

Id like to see these compared with perrin headers or killer b. Conparing it with a header that is disliked among many isn't saying much. No disrespect but its like saying "at least our products arent as ****ty as brand x"

Maybe someday I can compare. I personally own a KillerB, Invidia race EL "2 bolt upipe flange style", and a Perrin small runner EL header.

Brining the thread form the dead. Has anyone did a comparison on MAP vs Killer Bee Holy headers?

I was wondering the same thing. I feel like that’s what the whole argument was about and then they never compared it to killer B, I feel like that’s what the whole point was with sending them out to Junior. The only thing either of these tests prove, was that they perform better than the most disliked header. But was not compared to the most liked best performing header

Well, I have a new set of Killer Bee headers. If someone wants to PP me $1000 I can get a MAP header and compare the two

I’d like to see what’s up with that new ETS max flow header. I don’t know of any up pipes that mate to its massive flange 2.26” opening. My rotated pipe for example is 2”. They also have claimed to have amazing results but I have only heard that from them and nobody who has made the purchase. |

The Max Flow was recommended by a employee from Six star motorsport when i called them and had a discussion about my project. I think the ETS and the Killer B Max flow headers are a little over kill for my needs, so I went with their Holy headers.

The one posted on the ETS site is more marketing than apples-to-apples.
User's plot is likely a more realistic comparison. The spool differences are interesting, which is why it's always nice to see data logs with plots like this so you can see why. Correction factor isn't shown, date and time of plots, etc... It's just nice to see a full picture. Regardless, both of those were vs our older traditional header, not our latest Max-VE that is made specifically for BIG power. |

How much gain over the traditional holy-header is expected with the max-VE version at or above ~500WHP? Assuming its a normal setup with a GT35 |

Now we are cooking!
The only thing I want to know about the killer bee set up is if the piping diameter will match my rotated uppipe diameter of 2 inches? If so, ETS just lost another sale from weird sizing User, did the header match the a pipe? Because ETS is saying that the opening for the flange is 2.26 but I can’t seem to find a single up pipe that would actually meet to that without creating a bottle neck. And if the size that they gave me is incorrect, I have no faith in them |

Gotcha. So it didn’t match yours either. I’m probably going to go with the killer B diy rotated header kit and do a fog light mount or headlight mount if I cant find anything that matches. I want to get rid of my ugly hks el headers for something more modern for when I upgrade to a 6766

I wonder if Killer B will have a max VE rotated diy kit soon? Because whenever I buy some thing and a new version comes out a week later I get so depressed about it lol. And the reason why I want a DIY kit is because I don’t want to have to deal with matching an up pipe to a header flange headache I am currently dealing with and I can place the turbo wherever I feel, fog light, headlight, or the traditional rotated location. |
