Installed the Radium one in my FXT. I didn't feel any difference either. Install wasn't bad there is a few spots where small fingers help. I used swivels to line everything up.

Picked up a nail in the other rear tire, which lit the little 'i' (information) icon and sent me on a search and fix mission for the low tire late yesterday afternoon.

Pressure is holding fine and right where I was hoping it would cool down to. FWIW, running 34 psi front (cold) and 35 or 36 psi rear (cold) makes the car enough less understeerish exiting a corner under power to notice. That's as compared to the factory's 33/32 recommendation.

Big three kit. OTL performance coil packs. Ground kit. Stock air intake scoop. The good doesn’t like to close very well now. Anyone with any experience in that?

Today I continued wrestling with getting the old steering rack out so I can put the new one in.

I replaced my corroding OEM coolant reservoir with a free one I've had sitting in my parts bin.

I started my janky repair of a spot of rust I cut out of the quarter panel. Clear coating and wet sanding still needs to be done, but the color should be pretty close based on the test panel I did. I don't care if it's pretty, I just don't want it catching the eye.

And I cut up an old leather Army glove to do a crappy re-wrap of my WC Lathe Werks shift knob that has been naked for 10 years since the original wrap fell off.

Finally swapped in OEM STI headlight components onto my Hawkeye, very big difference from halogen, slowly accumulated all the different parts over a few months, definitely worth it after driving around in the dark for a bit

Notice a screw in my tire a few days ago so I took it to the tire shop today. Too close to the sidewall to repair

So now it's either get 4 new tires, or swap my TPMS back and throw my stock wheels and tires on.

I couldn't stand driving my 2020 STi with the stock exhaust anymore, it just doesn't sound right.
Today I installed an Invidia R400 as well as a fumoto oil drain valve.

My heads finally bit the dust after 200K and some regrinds/mods over the years. Builder is assembling fresh factory heads with Kelford 199-b camshafts, Inconel valves, and beehive springs. Running a Dom 1.5xtr build at present making about 400whp on E-85.

Sad that this is exciting news, but I'm going to be driving my WRX to the office this afternoon. Yeah, first time heading back there in 4months.

I peeled back the car cover yesterday to inspect the car. She is ready to go and I am excited.

Got back from the drive yesterday in my WRX and noticed I need to swap out the sway bar, at least the front soon.. thing sways a bit too much in crosswind on the expressway compared to my other cars (less FiST). Besides that, I noticed a little slack in the steering at noon, also easily heat soaked at 90F making 0-15mph quite sluggish during normal acceleration. A good 3rd person view.

Otherwise it was an enjoyable drive and hope maybe in a few weeks I'll visit the office again. The vaccine on the news yesterday holds the key to my WRX being my DAILY driver.. not once every 4months driver to work.

What vaccine? The only therapy I've read of so far that looks good is Heparin.
