Default Cylinder misfire 4

Recently got a reseal changed my water pump and timing belt clutch, plugs cables and coil pack. Now I’m getting a misfire in cylinder four and I’m stumped. Mechanic replaced coil pack with auto técnica one so I replaced with NGK to keep the plugs and wires in the same brand fixed the issue for 90miles then the code came back up. 2009 Subaru Impreza Hatchback

Maybe he should have stayed w/OEM instead.
I presume cylinder #4 is the coil that was replaced? If so, why?

Check your coil connections.

On mine the wires all lead to a pack that connect all four together. They were all replaced because it was time for service.
