Discount Hugh Jackman?

I thought of him as a younger discount Dos Equis guy.

The Deep is such a lovable loser.

I'll put things a different way:

The Hughie character represent most of us audience: ordinary loser nobodies with no remarkable abilities or skills.

The Boys represent what most of us want to be: a quirky group of skilled badasses with a wicked sense of humor.

I think the reason some ppl may hate the Hughie character so much is because he hits a little too close to home for some audience members.

The Deep is going to be on a multi season redemption arc for sure.

I'd like to see one of the "good" 7 eventually go off the deep end and completely lose it.

Noir going off on a Silent Bob chewing out Jay rant?

That could be fun. Just out of the blue, Noir has had enough, chews someone out and that’s it.

Yeah but Noir isn't good though. He's another Vought puppet.

We saw a bit of that when Homelander imagined laser eyeeing the those in the protest when he showed up. They all imagined doing something to detractors.

She (Karen aka Kimiko) had a good video with her stunt double, and also Starlight.

Finally got a chance to watch these episodes. Even though it started slow, I didn't mind the character development and seeing it pan out. The Head Wedding was a good twist which I'm excited to see how that pans out.

Fresca is delicious! Gotta drink the Kool-Aid

I thoroughly enjoyed HL/SF sex scene and am patiently waiting for the pron spoof

Was a good season even though it felt a little drawn out but still hold S1 as better.

I'm really digging the different animation styles. The whole thing reminds me of the Mike and Ike Sick and Twisted Festival of Animation films from my youth.

I keep waiting to see Frog Baseball pop up.

I think the Rick and Morty guys did one of the episodes. They even have the Rick and Morty pupils in that episode.

Yup easily watched them all in one sitting. The very first one felt like an Itchy and Scratchy episode, lol. Overall it also reminded me of Love, Death and Robots with the different styles and wacky stories.

I suppose it's "The Boys" canon now, too, or I'd hope at least the Homelander one is. Great way to fill in some prequel gaps and backstory stuff, like what The Animatrix did.
