Hello everyone, sorry for the long delay.
I wanted to fill everyone in, and keep it short as likely I'm the only one too invested in this issue. OTS maps suck, get a pro-tune (it's worth it). I went with a 3" ETS FMIC, GS v2 J pipe, GS EBCS, Mishimoto intake (for CARB sticker, just in case), and then DW300C and Nostrum to run full E85 and never have to think about it. We did an E-tune, and I haven't bothered with the virtual dyno but yeah, it's a hell of an improvement. I've never had an AWD car break loose during acceleration, even up in second sometimes. Phatbotti was great, simple and easy. He has TONS of REAL info to give, and I would 1000% recommend him. Read his docs, answer his questions, and move ahead. You'll be happier for it.
