Wierd new work schedule, do I need to adjust my workout times?
If I work form 3-midnight and i am working out at midnight til 1-2 am and sleep from 4-noon and go all over again.
should I workout when I wake up instead? is this a better option or does it really even matter? the reason I ask is because when I workout after work i get home and can't sleep for at LEAST 2 hours. I am all wound up and need ot relax. and If I workout in the morning will it be better overall, or does it not even matter a damn bit? I usually workout m-w-f-sunday on cardio/light weights t-th-saturday light cadio and heavy weights heavy cardio is 45 minutes on treadmill, light is 20 minutes on treadmill. heavy weights is 100% reps. light weights is 50% weight high reps stamina building. looking for some SCGT OT wisdom of sorts....thanks in advance guys

I would work out before work. Its what I currently do. Just eat a banana and hit up the gym. When you get home from work youll be so damn tired youll just fall asleep.
