Default High idle (I have logs)

Some background info:
I just finished a jdm ej205 swap with single avcs into my 04 wrx using a 2001 jdm sti ecu. No TBE on the car yet

Im having a high idle around 1500-2000 rpm and stays in that range when he car warms up. Cruise control and throttle cables are both disconnected from the throttle body to make sure the plate isnt kept open. Anyone have insight as to what it can be?

CEL: Rear o2 sensor (probably becaue theres no exhuat on the car), pass avcs sensor, knock input high.

Alos let me know if my logs need more parameters
