Default P0350 v8 ej207 swap v7 ecu

Ive got this p0350 code on my new swap. The importer said it's a late v8 207. I'm using my v7 207 ecu because of previous mods. The only added things are my hks elh and for this swap I added the avcs wiring. I've checked the grounds but I don't know which grounds are specifically for the coil packs. I had a flashing cel until I pulled the iac under the intake manifold. That's where I've left off. Is it possible that the p0350 code correlated with the iac?. Its been a long week swapping engines and I really don't want to ruin a $4k engine lol.

So far everything is good. I have power and ground but the signal wire shows only 0.6v vs 8v for cylinder 3. I don't think thats even how you test the signal wire. I swap ecu and I get the same p0350. I'm about to just swap the engine harness from my v7 to the v8 and hope that fixes it.
