New Vendor Specials - All brakes, all the time
Hello NASIOC
Here are some items you may be interested in - in stock and ready to ship! The best PRICE and SERVICE on Subaru brakes is right here! Check around then check with us - you won't be disappointed! You can read Hawk's website for the company line - but after installing/using many of them I can suggest this: HPS - Excellent street pad - metallic based compound with good feel - firm pedal - and moderate to low dust with little or no noise. They do not 'grab' like OEM pads but have a smooth and controllable firm feel with good braking power in reserve. A very good street pad for all around use at a good price. More reports of squeal in the Brembo's vs 4 pots/2 pots. Can usually be bedded in on used rotors without issue and not get the pulsing pedal that the OEM pads often generate after hard use. HP+ A very noticeable jump in friction with some additional noise and dust although still not as dusty as the notorious OEM STi pads. Very good for autocross as the cold friction is high with acceptable rotor wear. They are also a good choice for a track newbie but will likely not stand up to hard core track use - but are a great way to get used to higher mu brake pads. On our 06 wagon they are perfect for the street and I did run them at Summit/Shenandoah without fading them as a group 1 driver. The higher friction is well worth the pretty insignificant squealing. Cold stopping was acceptable in New Jersey winters. Performance Ceramics: The newest Hawk compound designed to give good street performance with no noise and VERY LOW DUST. We haven't run them on the wagon as they don't make them for the 4 pots but reports from users indicate they are as advertised. The intent was to make a pad that could take hard use without falling apart while making very little dust or noise. Objective achieved. We have plenty of Hawk pads in stock. Best deals going on fr/rr sets 2002-2005 WRX- includes RS and many Legacy's/Outbacks HPS - $132.50 shipped for front and rear - any 02-05 WRX!!! HP+ Performance Ceramic ***Please note - if you have a late 02 or early 03 we will make sure you are ordering the correct part numbers BEFORE shipping. Subaru mixed them up pretty good. STi pads HPS Fr/RR combo - $160 shipped!! HP+ Performance Ceramic 4 pot/2 pot (06 WRX) HPS HP+ Performance Ceramics are not available for this pad shape Stoptech Caliper HPS HP+ Performance Ceramic Perrin-Wilwood (Dynalite caliper) HPS Wilwood Superlite HPS HP+ (**indicate if you have the new bridgebolt design) 2005+ Legacy GT HPS HP+ Performance Ceramic Early RS/Legacy's - (PM for correct application) HPS 350Z....Mini-Coooper...RX7/8...We stock many of those too. Looking for a race compound? Send us a request for availability. DBA (Disc Brake Australia) Rotors DBA is an established leader in the production of performance brake rotors. In particular, the 4000 series is a very robust product that definitely holds up to abuse. We have been testing them on a very heavy LGT running XP-12's and they are holding up very well. Do you have any larger brake rotor kits for a 05 WRX?
I've been looking around on the powerslot site, are there any other options out there in this field? Thanks |

Im looking for a good, dependable stage 1 brake package for an 04 wrx, including fr/rr rotors and fr/rr pads. What do you recommend and could you PM me a price shipped to 04062 for some sort of package deal?
Thanks, Aaron |

Ken? Wanna chime in on whether or not you'll deal with Powerslots or have another big brake kit upgrade option for us? |
