Default Wrx running rough

Hi everyone I bought a 2004 wrx with a blown engine and bought a imported Jdm ej205 with avcs it has a bit of a bigger turbo and pink injectors it was running fine until a rubber hose on the fuel line cracked and shot fuel everywhere so I took the fuel line out and replaced all the rubber fuel hoses while I’m there with 5/16 injector rated hose from autozone but now it idles rough and hesitates at low rpms but at higher rpms it runs fine, it stinks of fuel and the spark plugs came out wet so I bought brand new one step colder ones but they still come out wet it’s throwing a p0031 p1491 and p0519 any help would be appreciated

Not sure if you ever ended up fixing this but the first code is oxygen sensor heater (usually o2 sensor wiring or BLOWN FUSE), second is PCV system(bad valve or vacuum leak), third is vacuum leak, could be faulty IAC valve, or anything not sealing or functioning properly in the intake/manifold.

check your fuses first and foremost!!

I did get it running it’s was something with the intake manifold I swapped the jdm manifold back onto the engine and it fixed the iac code I also replaced the 02 sensor and the code went away but the pcv code is still going off from what I’ve read the jdm engine does have a pcv valve or wires for it on the harness could I splice the wires coming from the ecu that connects to the engine harness?
