Default FlatIrons Tuning

Didn't find a review thread for them so here it is.

Every other company I contacted had Perrin turbo inlets on back order. I called FlatIrons and they had 3 in stock. They even priced match another site. Shipped the same day I ordered and I got the package the next day (I am in the same state though).

Everything looked great, going to be installing this weekend.
Overall they were really good to deal with over the phone and via email.
I would buy from them again.

Default Great service from flatirons tuning

I stopped in the shop today and Preston was awesome. He listened to what I needed and answered the dozens of questions I had. I'm extremely happy and will be going back to them.

Bumping this thread to give FlatIrons some props.
+1 Customer service is great, and the quick communication is something I appreciate. Being in Alaska, ordering parts can be difficult but Scott at FlatIrons is always on top of it.
Great company to order from.

Flatirons is a badass shop that has been around forever. You wont find anyone more knowledgeable or helpful when it comes to getting those hard to find parts.

My 15 sti recently blew up, in an effort to get a new short block rolling as soon as possible I contacted many shops for information and assistance picking the right setup for my new build. Long story short Flat irons has to be hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. They took the time to ask about my build and not only got me a block ordered best suited for me but also helped with some other aspects of my build. These guys rock!

Oh hey! I'm pretty sure you're the guy that asked the piston questions in regards to a new bottom end. I'm glad that Flatirons was able to help you out with your questions.
