Default Swapping an EJ22E into a 97 Outback

Good morning hope all is well. Long story short I’ve done a 5 speed swap into my 97 Outback with a “newer” ej25d. I’ve done all the wiring and such, now when starting it won’t actually run, it’ll crank and crank but never fully turn over. I’ve got the pin that I’ve read is the one to ground from the pcm for the nss. I’ve done some looking and see that the ej22e is just better, so I think I’m going to go that route. The 5 speed was out of a 96 Brighton I’ve got and the ej22e is gunna come from that car as well. Car did run before I parked her. My question is if I were to plug it all up, would it be plug and play? And can someone PUH-LEASE show me a pic of their pcm pin that they grounded in order for the car to start please. Any help would be appreciated, really wanna finish the project lol..

**please don’t refer me to dirtcheapdaily, I followed his build to do mine and idk about the electrical portio **

Thank you!!!
