Yellow one heading East on Hebo Hwy (22) Aug 23. I was in a black Turbo. If anyone wants a good drive, take Hebo Hwy from Hwy 18, just before the casino, to Hebo on the coast. Fun to drive and beautiful scenery.

Any Baja owners living in the Salt Lake City/So. Ogden Utah area?

I see Bajas pretty frequently, a few yellows, one a with shell, two-tone black and silver. I always get excited when i see one but they dont notice my Baja, or just dont care.. makes me sad, i wonder if they really care what they are driving..

I've noticed most other owners don't seem to care or notice. These aren't exactly cars owned by enthusiasts though. There are quite a few around here though, so seeing another is quite the common thing. I still have yet to see any other modified ones locally.

This guy is known as svxfiles on www.subaru-svx.net he is a guru of the svxes and yes you are correct that one is a race prepared svx that was once from my area in Lancaster PA. As far as I know everyone in the family drives an SVX: his SO, kids, himself, and partscars. Not sure who owned the baja but i have a good guess that he too is an SVX owner that I kind of know of.

you should have stopped...his name is Tom and he is a pretty cool guy

Silver Baja Turbo, Saturday 10/10/09 south bound loop 101 Tempe/Mesa Arizona. We both exited at Ray road Eastbound.

Two ladies inside, both waving and giving the thumbs up when we pulled away from the traffic light, I returned the gestures Although I can't remember if I accidentally gave an Adventure Rider Salute (i.e. middle finger), oops (something of a bad habit from my other mode of transportation, BMW R1150GS)

Cool

Spotted a N/A Red/Silver Baja on I-95 heading into Washington, D.C., about 6:45 AM on Nov. 16th., with Virginia plate "F&L BAJA".
Also, two BAJA'S in Key West, FLA., one Blue and one Silver, both with Florida plates. Anyone here?
Keep it under 90, folks!

Smile Saw One

I had been talking about a Baja to my wife. She had never seen one. We saw the first one in Brevard, NC. on October 18, 2009. It was solid silver. Our son has a 2001 Outback and loves it.

Long story short - she gave me a 2005 Turbo with leather for my Christmas present. We have been married almost 51 years.

We took a short road trip to Fort Mill, SC (about 750 roundtrip) and we loved the car. Our main car is a 2008 Ford Explorer Limited, which we had bought for travel.

After driving the Turbo, I drove the Limited yesterday for the first time and it sure seemed sluggish! :-)

We did not see any Baja's on our trip but saw several Outbacks and Foresters.

Default spotted one

I saw a medium blue Baja at the Strawbridge Walmart in Virginia Beach this afternoon. I am not sure what year. I had my wife with me and I did check it out too closely.

Default Today

I seem to be the only one posting. I saw a yellow and sliver Baja today at the courthouse parking lot of Virginia Beach, VA. I did not notice if it was a turbo or not.

theres only a handful of us in the area that are on the boards granted the number has grown. i think it might be time to organize a southside/ hamptonroads meet and greet (aka pictures and drinking). although more than three bajas parked in the same lot might cause a shift in space that we might not be ready for.

the yellow only came on the 03 model, and turbo wasn't an option until 04. so if its yellow its not a turbo.

Default I see so many Bajas that I don't consider them unique

I live in western NC (no not Asheville, further west) and there are about 5 of us in a 50 mile range that have Bajas. I am just happy to be one of them. My daughter is in college in Boone NC, where every 5th car seems to be a Subaru. There are a number of Bajas there too.

I LOVE MY BAJA.
