While I really don't game much on my pc anymore, I'm really kind of kicking myself for selling my 2080Ti when I did. Now using a 5700XT with a pair of 4k monitors and still no availability for new cards.

I was happy to get retail value on my 2080ti at the time I sold it. Joke's on me, I should have held out for more.

Wonder how much I can sell my current PC for. That is, if I can ever get a GPU to complete a new build

4690K and GTX 970. If I can get like $300 for it I'll be happy.

Same, but looking for a little more than $300. I need to post mine up on Craigslist but been meaning to ask around here.

6700k, EVGA 1080ti hybrid, 16GB Gskill 3200, Corsair AIO, EVGA Z170 mobo and 650W PSU. Samsung 500 and 1TB SATA SSDs (might keep the 1TB). All wrapped up in a Phanteks Evolv Enthoo case. $1000 OBO

I also have a Razer m/kb and headset if anyone is interested in a full setup.

I sold a PC and a monitor to otters years ago and have impeccable sales history.

I had two Zotac 3080's in my cart last night, but the hamsters running their site need to up their cardio game. The hunt continues.

I probably should have sold my 1080, but instead I gave it to a friend that runs a Plex server and lets me access it for free.

i don't know about that...

$12/mnth for hulu premium, $14 for netflix, $15 for HBO, $10 for CBS, $12 for Prime, disney+ for $7 plus whatever else you want. those add up to $70/month.

now if their buddies Plex only has teletubbies and veggie tales on it, i'll agree.

It does have some kids stuff, but it's got tens of terabytes of movies and shows. I haven't ever had to pay for a streaming service.

Well charging for access to a plex server is against the ToS....BUT anyway....

I sold my 1080ti on ebay for $650, I bought it used for $600. After ebay /paypal fees I got something around 575(?), so I paid about $25 to use the card for two years.

Why would people pay that much is beyond me!

I'm not saying I need to pay to access the server, I'm saying because I have access to the server I've never needed to pay for Hulu/Netflix/D+, etc...

I never got a notification for the BB restock from the Stock Drops discord despite having alerts set up. I plan on swapping my 3070 for a 3080 if I can, then just selling the 70.

I've struck out on two BB drops so far. I manage to get the initial add to cart, but then never manage to complete the second click/check out.

I've also struck out on two BB drops. First time was just like yours, had it in my cart but unable to complete the checkout. This most recent one I couldn't even add to cart. The button turned grey saying "please wait" then after waiting for awhile it turns yellow and lets me click "add to cart". Then I click it and it just takes me in an endless loop again. Both times were for a 3070 FE.

I got lucky I guess --- I saw a bunch of Stock Drops notifications about best buy, so I just went to my bookmarked Best Buy page where it has a list of all the 3080s. Clicked "View Details" on the FE 3080 as that was the only one blue at the time. Then it took me to the "Wait for the button to turn yellow" page. I waited about a minute or so, the button turned yellow, and it actually seemed to work. Then I went through a slight mishap as I messed up my CC expiration date, but after correcting it, the order seemed to go through and it shipped out on Friday.

Vart, are you still interested in my 1660ti? I'll PM you

Anyway, I finally got my new keyboard in. Asus ROG Falchion, a wireless 65% board with Cherry MX Reds. I specifically wanted a wireless mechanical keyboard because I don't like how wires clutter my desk, but it was hard finding one that's not a full-size board AND uses a 2.4Ghz USB receiver rather than Bluetooth. I almost went with a Logitech G915 TKL but I've heard iffy things about their proprietary low-profile switches. This one was way cheaper ($150 vs. $220) and you can't go wrong with a classic Cherry switch, plus it'll give me customization options as far as the keycaps go.

Mouse is a Razer Basilisk Ultimate which I enjoy way more than I thought I would, and the charging dock is a godsend as I never have to worry about recharging. Whenever I'm done using the computer I just place the mouse on the dock and that's it. Headset is a Logitech G Pro X Wireless. I think I'm done with my peripherals setup now, minus a new desk mat that should be arriving in a few weeks.

Any idea what battery life on the keyboard is? I have a wireless Corsair mouse and I definitely wish the battery lasted a bit longer.

Looking at the Asus website they say 450 hours. That being said, the only place I could find selling them is Newegg and I don’t like ordering from them. Although this has me tempted.
