Default Spring comparison, JDM PINK for STI vs. Prodrive STI lowering spring for STI

I think both spring lowers the car about 20 to 22mm. However, since i'm a total noob in suspension/modifiying cars, I need some help in deciding what to get.

Provdrive says that their lowering spring is specifically made for 06 STI, and is designed to be used with stock strut.

As for JDM STI PINK, I think I read it on racecomp or some dealer's website saying that it's best to be used with Group-N strut mount, any reason why?

Also, is there any major difference between STI/Cusco strut bracer, sway bars? are they just different stiffness? if so, which one is stiffer?

Thanks.
