I have been taking my bugeye to Andrewtech since late 2005.

I can honestly say they are the ONLY shop I will trust to work on me vehicles.

Knowledge and customer service are 2nd to none.

Sam & Andrew, thanks for all the hard work!

Guess I'll add mine to the pile:

I've been a customer of theirs for about two years.

Andrew and Sam are personable and friendly dudes. I never feel like a number when I'm there. I'm a naturally skeptical person so was wary of over-selling when I first met them, but they've been honest (that I can tell) and have definitely gone out of their way to cater to what I'm looking for.

Prices are good. They are cheaper than my local dealership for routine work and roughly the same price as a run-of-the-mill independent shop closer to the city. Proximity to DC tends to inflate costs, so having a competitively priced specialist nearby is a bonus.

I've only once had a minor problem with the work, which was an honest mistake on their part. They fixed it for free and offered a free oil change for the inconvenience.

Can't beat that. Thanks guys.

(Full disclosure: my WRX has relatively light work to it; upgrades to suspension and brakes. No motor. I have not worked with them on anything "extreme.")

I think it's about time I chipped in.

I've been a customer of Andrewtech since I got my car (08) and they have NEVER steered my wrong. Their work is top notch all the time, every time. Not only is their work exceptional, the guys themselves at the shop are just great. The knowledge in this shop is beyond words because they KNOW THEIR STUFF! Even if they make a mistake (which is rare), they back it up and take care of you and get to the bottom of the issue no matter what. My only complaint is that sometimes they get backed up, but that's kind of a good thing because that means business is good.

So long as they're in business, I shall remain a loyal customer.

Merry Xmas, guys!

Just to add my experience.

Recently got a PPG gear-set (5MT), all new differentials and clutch replaced at AndrewTech.

My previous car had quite a bit of work done at a few of the other popular shops (2003 WRX, fully built engine, ~500hp on Pump) in the NoVA/Maryland Area, and I have to say after my experience at AndrewTech, I wont even think about taking my current car anywhere else. I had my car there a few weeks and Sam was more than happy to answer my many questions/phone calls. I took his advice doing the PPGs over a 6 speed swap as well as taking his advice on what clutch to get. My car feels brand new and puts a smile on my face to drive again.

Looking forward to dropping it off again for the next phase!

Thanks!

Although I've only had minor service done at Andrewtech, they've been very awesome to deal with. I went in last Saturday, and it was super quick and easy. Sam was very willing to work with my schedule which was a great plus being in a 9-5 job. All the while waiting, talking to about possible transmission upgrades with Andrew was great. He's a very chill and knowledgeable guy.

I also bought a couple parts in the past months from Andrewtech. Sam was very helpful as always! I'd definitely go back for more stuff.

I would definitely recommend going there!

I can't say much for AndrewTech as a whole

but my expierence with Sam over there has been out this world!

First I did all my research and searched high and low to beat this guys pricing, couldn't do it..

so i figured I'd bite the bullet buy the parts with him and regret it while waiting week for the parts

NAHHHH SON! I received a DP & a SF intake in less then 24hrs! he must've shipped these things out before I ordered!

shout out to Sam and whoever is shipping out of AndrewTech! Much love

Just a little update on why these guys are the #1 go to shop. 22K on my built long block with under 1/2 quart of oil consumption every 3K miles. Mind you the car revs out to 8,000 rpms, and is far from stock that gets driven hard. The mild trans work that they have done runs flawless even with flat foot shifting at 8,000 rpms and launching around 5,800 rpms.
Best prices and customer service hands down!

Andrewtech installed my sway bars and endlinks this week and helped me a great deal in getting some lateral locks for my rear sway bar after I overlooked the purchase. They provide a superior service to the Subaru community and have an excellent staff that is very friendly, provide a personal and professional experience. Love these guys!

Took my 05 WRX into Andrewtech yesterday to get a new clutch. The crew was fantastic as always and I still can't believe what a deal that place is. Honestly can't recommend them enough.

I just recently got my STi back from Andrewtech...I was having a problem with my car on acceleration, initially had no clue what it was...engine started to stumble and shake as I was passing a vehicle on the highway, I didn't want to reproduce it because it was so violent so I drove the car lightly for fear I would damage something, and the car ran fine, but I had it happen again on my way from work with a check engine light this time again merging on a highway so I knew it was only happening under heavy load...the guys at Andrewtech got the car the next day and it ended up being a bad coil pack...these guys work fast. And they are so great at making sure not only the service is performed correctly, but even offered me a ride to the train knowing my car is my DD, luckily I already had someone there to give me a lift. This is the only shop I feel comfortable taking my car to and know they will provide a stellar service every time.

Thank goodness I learned about AndrewTech on NASIOC.

I figured out the center diff was dying and after my regular mechanic couldn't diagnose it. I called around for pricing, and none of the places I called had any idea what I was talking about. It was such a relief to call AndrewTech and have them know exactly what I was talking about and to have had experience with it. They quoted me a great price, and my car is going in next week.

Big Andrewtech fan! The guys are really easy to deal with, knowledgeable, and overall seem like great people. They've hooked me up on numerous parts for my WRX. Shipping is always quick and they have great prices. I'll continue to use these guys for any parts I need!

Not really much can be said that hasn't already. They are great. It is worth an hour drive each way to make sure I get things done right and at a fair price. And they are always honest about how necessary any repairs are.
