Default 2010 wrx Crank but no start

I replaced my short block in my 2010 wrx, everything went well until I went to start it. It cranks but doesn't start, timing is 100%, crank sensor is replaced, injectors are clean, tune is good, spark plugs are new and gapped, i regrounded the drivers side fuel injector bracket ground to the TGV deletes, im getting fuel pressure when i crank it so fuel is getting delivered, my question is, is there another main harness ground? I unplugged 2 coil packs to see what would happen and it cranked the same way, so is there a ground somewhere that I can't see? Coil packs were working perfect before the rebuild.

Check the condition of all the fuses in the panel under the hood. Especially the SBF fuses, make sure they good and getting power to them. If they are all okay you may need to check the main relay circuit next. Unfortunately I do not have the service data for your model year.
