OMGHi2U HOW TO: Tomioka Racing Air Oil Separator Install!!

Step 11:
Add supplied tee into the 4 inch hose and reconnect the rest of the 1/2” hose to the forward facing end of the tee. Cut a 10 inch length and connect to nipple facing the LH side of the car. Connect that hose to the open nipple on the adapter installed in Step 6.

Step 12: Route the hose you attached to the forward facing nipple to the AOS as seen below. Cut to length and install hose on the AOS.

Step 13:
Cut the factory hose you removed in Step 8 to a 4 inch length and install the 5/8 to 1/2" adapter as you did in Step 5. Attach the adapter assembly to the open nipple on the turbo inlet hose.

Step 14: Install the remaining 1/2" hose on to the open nipple of the adapter you installed in Step 13. Route this hose to the AOS, cut to length and install on the AOS. It should like the picture below.

Step 15: Secure all hose ends with Supplied zip ties. Also secure all hoses away from any moving parts of the engine with zip ties.

Step 5: Reinstall one of the adapters from Step 4 back onto the open nipple on the turbo inlet hose then attach the supplied 1/2" hose to the other end and route under the intake manifold rearward as seen below.

Step 6: Install the other adapter from Step 4 onto the open nipple on the intake manifold and attach the supplied 1/2” hose to the adapter, route this hose forward as seen below.

Step 7: Re-install the MAP / EBCS bracket then route the 1/2" hose carefully around the MAP/EBCS hoses as seen below (routing mat vary).
