I'm still down, saw your update in the original post.

One suggestion, do we want to be competing with weekend vacationers coming home westbound on US-2?

Got you - updated confirmed.

Hmm. Good point. Does 90 westbound fill up in the early afternoon like westbound 2 would?

Can always reverse the route and go up 203 to to us2 then east.

I think I'll try and make it. I'll have to clear it with the wife but sounds fun to get out and cruise with some like minded folks.

I'm no expert on the I-90 route but I'm pretty sure it flows better than the one lane each way of highway 2 westbound on a Sunday.

Also, I hope this smoke starts letting up by then, it's getting pretty bad now.

Yeah wraith, you're right. I've seen some stuck traffic at the bottom of the pass all the way to Sultan before.

As long as there arent any big concerts or events at the Gorge on Saturday, and without an accident westbound from 970, we should be ok.

Let me come up with a decent staging place. If 203 is open we could do Carnation, then NE reverse route.

Plan is updated! Let's go meet up at the Sultan Park and Ride -- that should work I believe

Reverse route, same way, just in reverse order.

Fingers crossed the smoke is gone! I can only run with windows down so I haven't been out at all, and if the smoke persists... I don't know...

I would say plan to check in here this week, as late as Saturday night.

Judging by what the weather looks like this weekend, it seems Sunday will be a windows down cruise

I keep a gas mask in my car these days. If it's still smokey you're welcome to use it, lol. I get crazy looks when I drive with it on.

Wasn't gonna stop for lunch, I was gonna bring food and water - maybe next time we can plan on arriving at a destination and spending some time there (beach park, cooking, etc) before moving on.

Haven't been out to a restaurant in a long time

I am a go for tomorrow still - rain beats smoke any day of the week!

Sounds good for the ones who can't make it - I am positive there will be a next time!

I'll see everyone out there tomorrow morning!

Almost all of my photos were all sorts of odd exposures and out of focus. I'll see if I can't fix a couple of them.

Looks like a good drive. I couldn't make it, but maybe next time, if you have another one. Any excuse to put more miles on the Bugeye that hardly gets used these days.
