looking for pics/info on wrx sedan front fenders on wagon
i've been dumpster diving for 6spd sti tranny conversion parts and scored a full set of front/rear brembo brakes
but... i know because of the narrow bodywork and track on my wagon i'm going to have problems up front if i try to convert. i need spacers to clear and that would mean my tires rubbing the front fenders. i'm thinking about getting sedan front fenders to resolve this. so... i was wondering, besides the obvious stuff like the front bumper and both front fenders, what else would i need to convert? undertray? fender liners? also wondering how much these parts would cost used, and is it tough to do on my own, or does it require the services of a bodyshop? thanks ben

You'll just need the fender liner.
I just did the conversion about a month ago. It cost me 90bux (!!!) for the fender liners and 250 for the fender and bumper from a member that was doing an MY04 conversion. you don't need the services of a body shop at all. The hard part is remembering which clip came from where. It took me about 2 hours to do mine (but I was cleaning as I was installing). |

wagons are cool, a helluva lot more useful than the sedan... that said, I didn't get one because I liked the fender flares of the sedan
