Default Upper radiator hose is hitting radiator fan!

I just installed a new radiator hose, and it is fitting into place. But when I start the car up and the radiator fan turns on it hits the upper radiator hose. This has already caused one of my hoses to spring a leak by cutting into it. Is there anyway to fix this?
