That pic we saw on new-impreza.com of the red WRX in Florida looked sweet!

On the Yellow....
I went to the LA show today, checked out the WRX (very cool, cant wait-but have to) and picked up a brochere. They dont show the yellow in the paint choices. Anyone know why?

Maybe because the yellow will only be offered for the first few months?

Gimme a break, silver is so BLAND. I'd rather have turd-brown...or puke green as a color. Actually wait...how about everybody buy silver WRX's so my blue one will look extra cool. Yeah.

The WRblue looks good on the WRC car with all the stickers and such but on the stock model even with cool wheels just wouldn't look right. It makes those headlights just jump out at you

Silver wagon. Just ordered one. (Old folk here)

I figure a silver wagon is the ultimate in stealth. Unassuming, eyes just fall off it, good car for red-light surprises.

I have a Black RS now...coupled with the cheap paint, black is the worst Subaru color.

How in the heck can you call this color ugly? It looks so beautiful. Oh well, maybe I will have a rare Sedon Red Pearl WRX sedan!

Silver rocks! get the silver, put a nice wrc spolier, and wrc style headlights, the ones with the black look to them, and a nice tint, either nice and dark or go with the tint that sorta has a reflective/mirror property to it.

Blase' Yellow----R.I.P.

Post

From the pics I`ve seen the yellow is pretty blah. I really like the WRblue but it seems 50% of all subies are blue. I wanted something different = Blaze Yellow (butter).
Oh well.

Silver bland? Red ugly? Come on people, don't be deluded by your bias. Most of the people that are getting blue wouldn't be if that wasn't the color of the rally car. Don't deny it. That blue is the color of my 2 year old daughter's tricycle. It's cute.

I like all the colors except for yellow, personally. I think I like red the best, the car looks great in that color. The only reason I didn't get it is because of the attention. I love the black, also, but here in Michigan it would always be a salty muck color. So I ordered silver. Sleek, subtle, sophisticated.

I like the yellow the best. I'd like it more if it were darker but even the lighter yellow is better then anything else IMO. Blue would be my 2nd choice.

Well I feel equally passionate about the white and silver.

my JDM civic Si HB started out white, and i loved it, then the Mercedes Benz Brilliant Silver mettalic just knocked my out, so i got the civic repainted benz silver.

so here is my choices in order:

1st place is a tie between Silver and White.
2nd place is gonna be Blue
3rd place is gonna be Black
4th place is gonna be Red
5th place is one of the ugliest shades of yellow i have seen since the 88-91 honda crx or 94+ BMW M3. YUCK!!!

Im sorry but Subaru went way wrong on that yellow, it is just nasty, it reminds me of a old benze we had 1980 mustard yellowish 300d.

sorry no yellow, if i got the yellow for freee i would invest in a really nice paintjob ASAP (from dealership to paint shop!!)

thats my opinion.
