Default ej20x EWG Issues

Hey guys,

I could really use some help trying to figure out whats going with my ej20x swapped into my 2006 subaru forester xt.

Let me give you a brief run down with some of the mods, I am also switching from a MAF tune to Speed density.

ej20x
cobb 20g
Tial mv-s 38 ewg with New Black and Blue spring 17.40psi
Grimmspeed 3port
perrin Intake
perrin equal length headers
perrin fuel rails
perrin fuel lines
aeromotive fpr
id1300cc injectors
AEM Fuel pump.
hks dp
hks mid pipe
Apexi 300gt Exhaust
sti intake mani
Omni 4bar map
TurboXS FMIC
Tial BOV


Here is the issue i am having, which has both me, my tuner and Subaru shop scratching our heads.

So when i give it all and try to do a WOT pull, my wastegate doesn't open, but does go all the way to 18-19psi

If I give the throttle like 50-70% it opens, but when it does open, its around 13-14psi

I'm not sure how to fix this or how its even possible. If the spring rate i have in the EWG is 17.40psi how is it opening at 13-14 psi, and why isn't it opening at WOT?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
