Default P0245 after turbo replacement

Gents,

Background info:
2006 Saab 9-2x Aero 5mt (Same as 2006 wrx)
~180k miles
stage 2+ bolt ons. Of note: Grimmspeed 3 port ECBS. New vacuum lines about 40k miles ago. I've never had this code or issue

Recently my trusty ported Td04-13t from Hill Country was getting a little smokey. I removed it, rebuilt it (properly marked and torqued), and reinstalled it. Shortly after I get a P0245 Turbocharger Wastegate Solenoid A Circuit Low code. I unplugged the ECBS connector, reconnected it, cleared the code and went about my business.

Sometimes the code will re-appear immediately, multiple times at startup. Other times its good for 100 miles and then will pop. What are the diagnostic steps for this. I have checked the vacuum lines and given the wires the once over for breaks. Can someone humor me and write the diagnostic steps (or point me in the right direction) for this?

The car is boosting fine (~17ish lbs, as per my Torqued Performance tune). How do I bench test ECBS function? Does wastegate arm adjustment play a factor? What wires do I need to trace and check? I'm pretty technically competent, but I'm stumped on this.

Thanks!

I will assume you are done you tubing and duckduckgoing.

Buy a new 3 port and plug in, they are like 60 bucks now. If it fixes it well your done, if not well you eliminated the 3 port.

Waste gate has a spring, although im not sure what that would do here. I guess you could check continutiy in the wires, your car is old. But i would definitely start with the 60 dollar part.

Are you tuned for a 3 port?

Sorry for the delayed response. Yes I am tuned for a 3port. The only changes was removing the TD04 and rebuilding it. The code (knock on wood) has appeared less and less. Maybe some crud got in there and caused issues, but has been getting pushed out.
