Default gasket between UEL headers and uppipe

so my Subaru has gotten full facelift (paint, detailing etc.), the body shop does as well not too advanced mechanical repairs.
Mechanic owns two Sti and sounds pretty knowledgeable and said he will fix the exhaust leak as well. He diagnosed it to a blown gasket between headers and up-pipe. These are DC SPORT UEL, and he hasn't so far been able to locate a replacement.
DC SPORTS doesn't offer a replacement gasket.
I can take the car to my Subaru mechanic, but I'd like to have it done under one roof, and the issue doesn't sound complicated...
How to deal with it, when it seems there is no ready gasket replacement?, fabricating a replacement with given dimensions?, who does it in Canada or US?
Would appreciate some directions on this.

Thanks

Try grimmspeed.com for oem style gasket or if you really need a custom because of an oddball up pipe, try cometic.com

Did you call them or just browse the website? Several companies whose products didn't stand up to my driving readily had parts to sell when I emailed or called them when they didn't advertise a replacement

You just need images of the connection from headers to uppipe. 2-bolt connection? 3-bolt? Most likely Grimmspeed has you covered on what gasket you need. It should also be fairly simple to measure the diameter of pipe.

Looks like a regular 2 bolt header to pipe gasket.

Get the Grimmspeed gasket. Don't get those cheap POS cardboard foil gaskets, they'll just rust and disintegrate within 6 months.

I second that... Grimmspeed gaskets are the way to go unless you have some oddball setup. It's the only brand gasket that holds a seal at that location for me.
If it leaks there, it'll run like a turd and throw off your AFR, and if it's really bad, spool time will suffer as well.
It's a super basic job. I'd let almost anyone do it. Remove heat shield, 2 nuts off, remove the 2 bolts, slide old gasket out, slide new gasket in, 2 bolts back in, 2 nuts back on, torque it, put heat shield back on.

I assume you can get a oem gasket from your local parts place and that should fix the problem!

That GS gasket should work well. You'll need to verify the DC sports pipe has a flat flange, as well as the up pipe.

A less than flat flange is most likely the issue. I have also used a bead of red RTV on both sides of the gasket, let it set up for a while, then install.
