Remove the door card, blast music, see if the rattling is gone. If there is no more rattling with the card removed, check all the bits of the door card to make sure they're solid. If so, it's the plastic pop clips. Easy/cheap fix for this is to put a piece of electrical tape over the "C" shaped hole in the plastic they pop into, and then reinstall them with the tape in place. This will jam the tape into the hole and tighten up the fit of the pop clip significantly to the point it won't rattle.
This is helpful. I have read deep into this thread and have yet to find a source for buying an entire door panel. Any sources that like for interior parts like that?

You definitely don't need a new door panel lol
Just take it off, find out what's loose/rattling, if nothing assume it is the plastic attachment clips and tighten them up with electrical tape as I described, then pop the panel back on, good to go.

Sup gents. I've gotten a clunk/rattle type thing that started back in December and has gotten a bit worse as time has gone on. Weirdly enough, it happens much more at low speed than hitting a bump going highway speed. Think every time you hit the expansion joint on your concrete driveway going only a few miles per hour.

I took it in to a Subaru dealer and had a guy look it up and down. We thought it was the worn out struts that have likely been on my car for about 10 years or so. When you grab the hood and move it up and down, there's visible play and noise at the hinges. So, I replaced those with a set of Grimmspeed struts, but the noise remained.

I decided to shove my head under the dash tonight and saw a plastic bracket that appears to hold three main harness connections is shattered in a few places, allowing the plugs to just hang. I THINK this is what's causing these noises.

Here are a couple crap pictures. I'm afraid the whole dash will need to come out for this... The bracket is between the clutch and fuse box area. Anyone else run into this problem yet?
