Default What to do with an IP address? XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

So let's say you have the IP address of someone you don't like, (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX), can you use this to do anything to them? Nothing too bad, no viruses or anything like that, but maybe a lot of spam mail or something annoying?
XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX

Thanks!

if you don't know the answer to that question... no there is nothing you can do without landing yourself in potential legal and ethical hot water... and besides... if it is not a static IP... not even valid for you to use

if it a dialup connection IP, then you're **** out of luck. dialup uses IP pools to determine who gets what IP. Evertime a person connects, the IP associated with their connection changes.

even if was a static IP, then you might have a chance to neotrace the connection. if you could neotrace it, then you could always send a physical letter to that person's house. i've had to do similar things with ebay.

If I were Gravel Girl I would delete this thread ASAP.

This is not the sort of activity you want out in the public.

It's not as bad as calling in a b0mb threat to the wh1t3 h0use but it's not that far off and activities of this nature have a pretty high profile these days.
