How are the Subaru preparations going for the big event in Norwalk, OH June 18 ?

On the Evo side we have several evos now over 900 whp - should be interesting

OH Boy, here we go

"Should be interesting"...is an understatement Al

Should be an all out buttkicking by you and your peeps. Unless those dudes from PR finally got their clutch sorted out this year and want to ship the car up to OH.

I own a WRX and am not to excited about this endeavor.

It is funny the Evo's have been silent since the last one, I guess it was bound to come back. Hopefully some fsat Subaru's will be able to show.

I THinK EVos re-dEserVE the TitLE of Teh faAsTerEST AWD.

...and after they are all done bragging, it's the BMW guys who get laid more than anyone in here anyway, according to the polls.

BMW Drivers Get Most Sex

“BMW drivers have more sex than owners of any other cars and are much more active than Porsche drivers… The German magazine Men’s Car found in a survey of 2,253 motorists aged 20 to 50 published in its inaugural May issue that male BMW drivers say they have sex on average 2.2 times each week while Porsche drivers have sex 1.4 times per week. Following BMW drivers were Audi (2.1), Volkswagen (1.9), Ford (1.7) and Mercedes (1.6). Drivers of foreign car makes were also behind BMW with Italian cars (2.0), French (1.9), Japanese (1.8), Swedish (1.6) and Korean cars (1.5) trailing after. Among women, French car drivers were top with 2.1 times per week followed by Audi (2.0), Italian (2.0), and BMW (1.9) with Porsche again at the bottom of the scale at 1.2 times per week.” — Reuters (UK)

Or do EVO guys just try to impress other guys?

I hope to see a few Subaru surprises this year. The Evo's were definitely faster last year. We need faster Subies.... anyone want to sponsor mine and make it faster? LOL

Very true about less evo trolls on this board since BV won last year.

But after the fact, Al was pretty cool about it, no excuses or BS, just said he got beat straight up and that he looked forward to next year (which is now here). I was surprised about that. It changed my opinion about him... in a good way.

I remember when you and phil were going at it in the first east coast shootout. I still have the tape of you running 11.88 @ 124. I just watched it the other night when I was going through all my crap. Your WRX was the ***** then as your EVO is now. Im sure you still have some subaru love. Its just repressed.

If you have the time can you pm me your old wrx ver 7 setup...
thanks
