Dr. ColorChip. Ordered Sunday night. It shipped Wednesday USPS 1st Class and arrived yesterday, from Florida.

It's not bad. It's obviously meant for tiny chips. I could see layering it throughout the week to hide large chunks of missing paint like I have. It only takes a minute to be dry to the touch. The sealant solution takes a minute or two to see results. All in all, for $50 shipped it's much better than dealing with the obvious chips in the paint. My car almost looks and feels 100% brand new now!

Why do you ask such silly questions all the time?

Hey, I have my original front bumper for you to have. I'll keep it at my place until you can accept it. Did you want to plasti-dip the heck out of it and use it for winter? I want to try that clear coat overlay to give it that gloss finish.

Finally made time to install the front strut "crash bolts" to get a slight increase of negative camber. A little late for the autocross season but at least I know now that there is still front strut/tire clearance even with 17x8" et48 with 245/40-17.
Just need to check the front to next week at work. I'm sure it's minimal.

Also painted the ends of the wheel studs black since I have open ended lugnuts.

That is all.

Restored my headlights on the Legacy with leftover Mother's I had laying around. Replaced all bulbs, new pcv valve, and installed Hella 500's I picked up on Craigslist for $40.oo into the blanks in the front bumper. The seller wanted them gone and didn't care much for how much he sold them for.

That time of the year...

Going to change oil to 5w-30, change out the cabin filter, change brake fluid, put the blizzaks on, and detail the interior in time for the snow.

I shoot for the cabin filter at the beginning of every spring, but, I got lazy this year. As for the brake fluid, I will shoot for once every other year. I'll have the car in the air for the tire change anyway, so, it's not like I won't be there anyway.

It is my opinion that expressing your creativity isn't cheap***8230;it is an investment in yourself.

Very cool project. Let us know how it comes out.

I love seeing projects like this. Fiberglass is fun to work with, even if it can be tedious and messy. Sandpaper and paint can make magic happen. Please post pics of the finished product!
