Default IL: 2004 Forester STI - 121k - $12k

Selling my 04 Forester, I've had this for about 5 years now and only selling because I am moving so won't need it anymore. Got this car from TX after purchasing a previous car from Ohio and deciding the rust wasn't worth it. Absolutely worth it because the underside is still very clean, basically every time I take it to the shop for anything, they comment on it. I've put only about 20k miles on it in that time due to working from home mostly.
Full disclosure: I hit a deer only a couple of months after owning it so it sat out a full winter and because of that, I decided to replace the front end with the jdm front end. Unfortunately, insurance declared it a total loss because the cost to replace the parts and labor/paint was $5,500 and they only valued the car at $6,500 (I did not know at that time this number could be disputed). I have attached pics of the damage but long story short I've had 0 issues in the 4 years since from anything remotely related to it.

Was tuned at APM in Chicago and made 292tq/271hp

Parts List
JDM Forester STI Front Clip
Avid Wheels/ Sumitomo Tires
Block Heater
Cobb Accessport
VF48 Turbo - Welded WG
STI Top Intercooler
Grimmspeed Ceramic UP w Dump Tube
Tial EWG
EBC solenoid
Invidia DP
Invidia Exhaust
Magnetic Plugs for Oil Pan, Front & Rear Diffs/Tran

JDM Forester Calipers
Stoptech SS Brake Lines
Hawk Sector 27 Rotors
Hawk HPS Pads

Touchscreen Head Unit (Chinese brand but has android auto/carplay)
Kicker Speakers
Delrin Shift Knob
Weathertech Floor Mats

I also have a ton of spare parts and things I haven't gotten to like:
Short Shifter
Primitive Racing Skid Plate
A crap ton of bolts (Factory New) from my previous Forester build
JDM HID Headlights

Current Issues:
Torn boot on driver side front axle
broken rear windshield wiper (will be looking to fix this shortly)
Hill start assist is removed (mechanism was catching and I don't need it anyway)

I'm probably forgetting some things but please reach out with any questions, thanks!

So I have a clean title and my search with the IL DMV also shows the title is not rebuilt or flood. But as I've stated in the post/in pictures, I don't want to mislead anyone - it was obviously damaged and rebuilt. I think its arguably better with the new front end but I understand if anyone is skittish because of it.
