Default Stalling after extended idling in the summer heat

I'm having a weird stall issue. After idling in Temps above like 75 80°F the engine stalls due to low fuel rail pressure. The in tank and mechanical pumps are brand new. The battery terminals are all clean spark plugs are all new and all recalls are complete. It takes about 1 to 1½ hours for the stall condition to happen. Subaru says they can not find the issue. The intake air temp gets up to the 200°F range

You need to find a way to reduce underhood temperatures.
