Question couple questions

I've decided to go with 17's and am now trying to decide between 17x7 or 17x7.5. Advantages/disadvantages of either? Also where is a good place to get wheel and tire packages? I am looking to spend <1000. I have looked at the subzeros and am just wondering if there are other options. Thanks in advance,

Get a 17x7.5. You'll be able to mount wider tires, or if you go with the same width, your sidewall will be more vertical making things more responsive.

The only disadvantage I can think of is weight, but various wheel styles vary in weight greatly anyways.
