Default Stock suspension overhaul

Hi All,

The ride in my 2005 Impreza wrx is becoming a little sloppy. I do not want to upgrade, but instead replace the bushings, shocks/struts etc. back to the oem ride.

My question is: Did Subaru outsource their suspension parts? If so, what brand did they use?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Default Aftermarket suspension

If stock suspension parts cannot be acquired. What is a good aftermarket brand that meets or exceeds oem?

I *think* they were KYB at a point in time?

Pedders makes some OE type replacements that are pretty good.

I'm doing the same and just went with KYB excel Gs for the suspension and I kept the stock springs.
