Default I have the draw-tite on my 04 STi

Fits like a glove... went on very easily.

There was a thread on this forum about this hitch at one time. Had instructions, photos, and everything!

The ONLY issue I noted was the one this fella noted: there is a small flange or rib of metal in the center of the rear bodywork that will need to be bent by about 1/8" to get the center section to cozy up to the chassis.

The draw-tite clears the exhaust tip nicely, it fits between the muff and the tip.

Another poster stated that the exhaust hanger was a problem. The draw-tite has a hole for the left-side hanger and it fits well. There may be a 1/4 to 1/2 inch droop on the left side of the muffler, but you really have to get down on your knees and actually LOOK for it to see it. No big deal.

For those who don't understand the idea of a hitch on a STi: autocrossers like to race on different tires than they street on and the trunk of the STi won't hold 4 wheels/tires and who wants to put grimy race rubber in the back seat?
