Default It finally happened

Well, after 18 years of wanting a wrx, being in my mid 30’s and financially stable I’ve finally acquired a bugeye! 78k miles on her, stock too

I had an SVX years ago, but a deer totaled it

Congrats, similar boat here, had an awp bug when they came out but lost it in a young divorce but later found my awp bug STI nearly 10 years later at 35 with 49k miles and still in love with it 7 years later. Wish I could have many other cars as well but even I do I’ll never give my bugeye up.

I am in the same boat as you! I wanted one since I was 20 when they first imported the USDM bugeye, and always wanted the wagon. I found one 4 years ago with 122K and no mods. Silver bugeye with the rare factory leather option, clean title never crashed. I just did a stock rebuild on the EJ205 in it, and currently working out a gremlin that is present- so freaking worth it! A word from the wise, double check the radiator drain petcock condition. And make sure it isn’t brittle; my cracked in half hence why a full rebuild took place.

Congrats! I just got a bugeye WRX myself to do some Rallycross! Looking at a bugeye shell for a stage rally build now lol. Subaru-ness grows strong quickly...

Default Question about your wrx did it come with roof rails to attach racks to?

Beautiful car man I recently purchased a 03 WRX and I'm trying to find a little information about the bear roof because I'm trying to install racks but I have no spot to install rails. My trim has no spot that the rails attach or screw in to.
