Subaru BRZ tS vs BRZ: Build it or Buy it?
2018 Subaru BRZ tS: Built it or Buy it? The 2018 Subaru BRZ tS features a number of improvements over the standard BRZ. You could call it "pre-tuned from the factory." But is that better than just buying a lower-trim level and modding it yourself? How about the lack of a BRZ Turbo option?

Its the N/A version of the motor in the 2015+ WRX. They [i]could[i] just put the fa20dit in it, but I believe the issue is more along the lines of what ever arrangements subaru has with toyota... BRZ = GT86

I'm sure one can build the same or better car than the Ts from a regular BRZ, but the point of the Ts is that it comes out of the factory as is and one would (at least me) keep the car completely stock and drive it as is as a collector's car.. well maybe tires to match your driving taste, but everything should stay stock.
Otherwise why bother getting a Ts in the first place. Just my opinion. |
