Default Weird loud noise from engine 2012 fb20

Hey everyone ...
The car - 2012 Impreza 2.0i ... stockish fb20 just basic bolt ons headers/CAI nothing else. Second clutch change about 140k mileage ... so in the process of a maintenance clutch/flywheel replacement as I was reinstalling the transmission and turning the crank I can across this point where it made a loud kinda clink metal sound.

My buddy says it might be that one of my valves is bent which I have no idea how that would be as it was running decently and quietly before hand. But, I was also due to take this vehicle in for the valve spring replacement recall, my poor oil consumption, and something about my brake sensor.

So stated by Subaru ... possible valve spring fracture leading to engine noise, malfunction, or engine stalling.

I am low key afraid to just crank the car on but ???? I also don’t wanna tow it to Subaru and find out that’s isn’t what’s going on and having to pay dealership pricing for them to open up engine $$$$

I’ll try to post a video

Well since nobody wanted to tackle this at all ... I had no compression in on cylinder for one. Plus I guess I let the car sit around so long majority of the oil dripped down. 150k ish mileage plus I was dealing with the oil consumption issues for at least 2 years which subaru said wasn't at fault. Decided to rebuild it out of love plus I literally just replaced or upgraded a ton of parts it'd be a waste to let her go. Thanks for tuning in ***55357;***56397;***55356;***57340;
