Lowered on RCE Yellows, and rear fenders are rolled (no pull)

Hey guys, looking for some input on my rubbing situation. Used to run 245/40R17 Michelin PSS on my XXR 527 (17x8.25 +35) wheels. Had a little rubbing in the rear with this setup going over highway dips but nothing major. Recently changed to the same size tires but Michelin Pilot A/S 3+ tires, and am getting some pretty serious rubbing in the rear. Especially with suitcases or other people in the car.

Suspension is brand new Feal Fixed-Perch Struts, Tanabe GF210 springs, Group N tophats all the way around, stock swaybars (if that matters), and Kartboy endlinks.

There is not much of a lip to roll in the rear... think I could remedy this by pulling the rears? Do I need higher spring rates in the rear? I'd like to avoid running more camber in the rear, if possible. Thanks guys.

A rear roll of the rear and dial in a little bit of camber and you should be good.

On my old bugeye. Had 17x9 245/40 set up on coilovers. Only time it rubbed, was on family trip to the airport.

This may have been covered but i dont really want to read 197 pages of fitment to find out.

i have found a set of LIC rear flares for my 2006 sti. I track the car and i know the rears will accommodate 275s with ease. however, i am trying to decide what size wheel and tire to pickup for the fronts. I would like to pickup RPF1s. and run them in 18x9.5 or 18x10 with a 265-275 tire. I do track the car, so I will need to pickup a set that will be functional. How wide can I go up front (willing to run -3 ish deg camber) on my sti? and should i be looking at the 9.5+38 (will need 10mm spacer to clear brembos, so effectively +28) or should i look at the 10s+38, which will only need a 3mm spacer. or will the 9.5+15 be able to fit properly (no spacer required)

Sick setup. What size and offset are those wheels? Are you running any spacers?

Love the setup!

I just put Nitto NT01 275/35/18 with 18x10 +41 wheels

Tucking a hair of tire with -4.2 camber in the front and -3.5 in the rear.

It doesn't rub in normal driving but in the canyons it's horrendous. Do you experience the same thing? I probably need to raise the car a little bit but just wanted to see your experience

I tried searching but couldn't find much.

Anyone here successful in fitting:
265/35/18 or
275/35/18 on a stock body line (no flares/widebody) GD chassis (02-07).

18x9 with 45mm offset and 265/35/18 will clear with just a roll on a GD sedan.

That doesn't sound too bad. I'm running 18x9.5 +38 currently. With 255 35s, would you happen to know if 265 35 18 would clear? It's cutting close to my coilover shock.

Will rub (on bumps, dips, etc.) unless you do some crazy level of rolling on top of excessive negative camber. Also, you may need spacers if the tire rubs on the body of your coilovers.

Thanks man, yeah I figured that. The 255s currently rub fender on deep dips. Looks like 265s may be out of the equation unless I downsize to 18x9s

NT01 runs a tad bit wider than the ar1's, your wheel spec isnt that aggressive, are your fenders rolled? I had 18x10 25 265/35 on my previous setup with -3.4 front camber which didnt rub, only the fender liners on full lock. I honestly think i can run 285/30 or even 295/30 which i want to try after this set
