RallySportDirect Just Stopped all Customer Service
I recently did acquire a used WRX and decided I wanted to get some quality parts and everyone seemed to recommend RallySportDirect.com. They looked about as decent as any other site so I got about $2000 worth of parts for my wagon. I ended getting a open box used HKS BOV which I paid $300+ for and my Invidia Q300 exhaust hanger was broken in the box (filmed the unboxing as I heard it and new something was wrong)
I contacted RSD and they had a voice msg saying they've stopped taking phone calls M-W due to being super busy. Chat was not available. I waited until TH where I call and they've changed their msg to say they are no longer taking phone calls at all and they hope we understand. You can stills end an email into the blackhole and never get a response but I am just really upset. I lost about $1000 with them and you literally have no way to contact them except email. I can't find the ****tiest vendor on eBay who has customer service like this. I've made a claim with my Amex tied to my PayPal but really wanted to share my 1st time / last time experience with this "reputable" vendor. Had my tuner who discovered the BOV was used or open box return and missing some orings and parts contact them via email as well. He too until today has not heard anything back from them. We both sent very professional / patient messages asking for help with radio silence from their end.

Hopefully this is just a hiccup due to COVID, but that doesn't sound good at all. Hopefully they can get this resolved. I've bought many times from them in the past and never had any issue, but that definitely gives me pause going forward.
