Yeah. They both will.
I told him he has until Friday to pay and ill take all this down and have the thread locked. If it goes past that ill be working with an attorney and this will be staying up for the world to see. Its his choice. Thats a good point. I will be contacting the local sheriff too. Not 100% sure but I believe seizure of assets is possible. Ill find out when I talk to my attorney. Btw here's an example of being a professional ForumRunner_20140415_181027.jpg Oh right is me in all these texts, left is him

Not a ton has happened. Gotten quite a few PMs stating that Jon and Jack are definitely related, and intimately. This isn't just some guy that is buying parts from Jack and vice versa.
There's more to this than people know. I have talked to the local Sheriff there and will be filing court paperwork to have them both served and force them to appear in front of a judge in CA. Basically as far as the Sheriff told me, and a lawyer buddy confirmed, Jon acted as an agent of ForceWerkz when he sold me those parts. So if I really wanted I could go after FW to get my money back, it is a bit more difficult. Basically Jack would have to furnish proof that Jon never worked for him, it'd cost him money and time. Regardless, just hopes this help prevent people from buying parts from either of those guys. |

I would've came after your ass, but I KNEW that nature would take it's course. You reap what you sow! |

Personally have been keeping as far from anything related to forceworks just to avoid any issues that have been stated.
Sorry if forceworks is actually a good company but this Jon guy has ruined it for me completely. I'd take my chances with eBay parts before going with anything he sells. |

Had to register after I read this thread. I thank the poster of this thread for saving me money and heartache. This will probably be my first and last post in these forums as the moderators condone thievery. Best of luck to the people that were ripped off by this crook and how sad it really is that this forum allows thieves to operate with impunity and even worse defends thieves. Good luck all

This really sucks to read about and have thought about buying parts from him. After seeing his full name I actually know his facebook page and he is part of a SoCal car group. I only put it together because looking at his facebook profile show he works for Forcewerkz

I've bought a couple things from union before. Granted my last order took about a week to ship and the parts are definitely knock offs, but I haven't had any serious issues with them.

Isn't Forcewerkz the company Import Image is puching for fender flares? IIR the "fender flare" thread has some discussion about ForceWerkz. Hopefully I am wrong about this, I'd hate to see Josh/Import Image pushing a product from such a shady individual/multiple personality/multiple business type person.

I'm staying out of this, my 2 cents. The flares have worked out fine. Anything i've sold through forcewerkz hasn't had any problems, one or two damaged items but they get replaced. Other then that we've had nothing but happy customers, that is why they buy from us.
When this thread was originally made, he claimed to be selling a part and I got dragged into it. it wasn't anything to do with IIR...so unless it has to do with IIR, im out. We take care of our customers

Well... This is disturbing... But I will share my experience with Jon.
I purchased CF side skirts last winter. I paid and received the skirts. I didn't open the box and hid it from my wife. About 2 weeks ago I decided I would out these on and be wowed. I opened the box and found both pieces broken. The box had been bent and the product broke. I emailed jon and explained what had happened. Knowing it had been several months since I received the broken skirts and didn't check them. I had doubts I would receive any replacements and/or refund. I sent my email anyways.. A fee days later he said he normally wouldn't refund this because it had been several months (almost 6); however, he offered me some frp skirts in it's place. Not the same, but much better than I thought considering it had been half a year. So... Maybe he has learned a lesson in ethics. I would buy from him again. |

So my story is, I live in Arizona, Today a local Subaru enthusiast had a set of forcewerkz skirt extensions up for sale. I contacted the seller, but then told me that he decided to keep the extensions. I then look into the skirts and forcewerkz. I almost pulled the trigger on buying the skirts from the forcewerkz' website, but I was at my sister's new apartment without internet which led me unable to place an order. I saw a thread from Jonmotoring selling the extensions, to which I proceed to send a PM about price and installed pics. I have yet to receive a PM response, but coming across this thread I am confused.
How did a buddy of mine have a set of skirt extensions from forcewerkz if they aren't a legit company? I'm not saying nobody in here got screwed, but where can I get the skirt extensions without getting screwed like my local guy? |

Holy crap stumbled upon this after googling who I thought I bought my junk front lip from. Never knew all this happened Best. I remember saying where I bought the lip to you last year in STL and you said that guy was shady as ****.
Now it all makes sense. To be honest the lip is probably worth $10, **** fasteners, **** fitment, cheap feel. I learned my lesson on that one. If it makes you feel better, this is the first search result when looking for him as a vendor. Comes before his group buy threads |
