From what I can tell they are the same.
A little suspect that he hasn't been around to help clarify any of this.

He doesn't care. Rather than actually doing the right thing and paying me what he owed me, he screwed me over. Ignored it, this came up. He continues to sell to people, I guess I can only do my part and make sure some people won't buy from him. Hopefully people read reviews and vendor reviews.

Just for what it's worth. Here is the notice of Judgment against him.
Has a judgment against him, earning interest at the maximum legal rate. I need to have a lawyer buddy research this more and levy an account. |

Howly ***** (excuse my language..), U just saved me from spending about $500... Since a week I'm trying to get a Mature style diffuser they offer. Up untill now, email response is poor, no real interest in willing to sell a diffuser, let alone short notice.. I would have been well f*cked if I made an order, I don't even live in the USA.. :?
Thank you for sharing this!!! I hope u get your money back! |

Glad I saved you the money man.
I probably won't get my money back. I really need to go through the court system in CA, but I no longer live there. I may talk to a lawyer buddy of mine in CA and see what he can do for me. |

I also have had a picture of my car used by this guy and his business Forcewerkz. I also want people to know that the picture he is using for the HKS style diffuser is actually my picture of my car with the real JDM HKS diffuser. I just dont want people to think that the one he is selling is the same product.
Here is proof that the picture is of my car. My build thread below: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=2292384 |

I purchased a front lip from this guy a good while back, to this day I still haven't mounted it due to X number of excuses. Thanks to this thread I won't be purchasing any further products from this "vendor".
Thanks for posting your experience OP, I wish you well in your as of yet to be resolved situation. |

Why have the mods done nothing about this guy? With so many complaints about him it should at least be looked into. Or does nasioc value vendor member fees over protecting the community from shady business practices?

Got an interesting call last night. From the owner of ForceWerkz. He wanted to clear things up about Jon Vong (jonmotoring) and let me know that he was in no way affiliated with him and that Jon is his own company and he buys from FW. He said that he was going to get a hold of JonMotoring and talk to him and try and get him to set it right. Odds of that are slim though, guy just doing seem to care. Posts on multiple forums, has a ton of bad reviews and no one seems to care.
The guy from ForceWerkz was super nice on the phone, offered me some free parts if I was willing to take his name off of here and help set the record straight. I'm hopefully going to talk to him more tonight and figure it out. |

Well "Jack" from ForceWerkz called again. Not as nice this time.
He talked to Jon - got no where. Jon basically said because it's gone so long that it doesn't matter. Well it does matter, it is accruing interest at the legal rate in CA of 10%. So the judgement has gone from $730 to $830 in the 500+ days. I am not sure who to believe, I've never met Jack in real life and I know for damn sure Jon is a liar. I basically told Jack that I want to be made whole again, whether it's from parts, money, or whatever. Doesn't matter to me. He wants to offer me $150 side skirts, I feel like that's grossly insulting. It's incredibly evident that Jack and Jon have a very very close relationship. They work hand in hand and JonMotoring seems to be one of the only companies carrying ForceWerkz products. So it's obvious if he wants to make this right or apply pressure he could easily do it. I did about 30 minutes of digging last night. It's not hard to find simple information. I find it weird that ForceWerkz parts are all made in the US, however they have import licenses for car parts all over the internet. As well as exhaust stuff and racing seats specifically as far as what I can find. Also found searching around that the same number for ForceWerkz (and the number that Jon gave me) are registered as well to Union Performance according to some other websites. Very interesting, it would appear that there is more than 1 corporation being run by Jack, or Jon. Or whomever, at this point I'm not 100% sure what to believe. Jack's contention was he was doing be a favor because I wasn't his customer. Which I believe is incorrect, I was told by Jon that he was the owner of ForceWerkz and that they were involved. Which would make me ForceWerkz's (Jack's) customer. Jack ended the call telling me he'd talk with Jon again. He basically was trying to give me free product to take ForceWerkz name off. Not entirely sure what I should do, but I would like my money back. |

Hmm. JonMotoring=UnionPerformnce=ForceWerkz or at very least if not equal then "very" related. Maybe sourcing the non-clone part is starting to look like my better option.

Jon/Jack is quite mad now. Swearing at my through text and stuff. Jack is miraculously the only one that can get a hold of Jon and talk to him....

I know in some states if a judgement isn't served in a certain time frame you can garnish wages. Since he has a "sellers" license he has a state tax ID so they can garnish from that until you are paid in full. I would ask your lawyer for confirmation though, I'm not 100%. He'll get what he deserves one day.
