Uverjump, I'm setting up for them to do it here in the next two weeks, but wanted to try my hand at it since I was getting a new bumper anyway.

Started cleaning this up and installing new timing belt kit/waterpump.
Should be going back in the SVX in a few weeks.

Oh yeah, had to install the trans too. Not to shabby for a old man working by himself

You talking to me? If so I agree, I call the fenders 50x50's, they look good from 50 feet and 50 mph. (and even then they are marginal) This is a pure track car so they do their job, cover the 295 Hoosiers. Power has never been my problem, 450 whp, 440 ft lbs tq, traction in the corners however is. The 295's have signicatly helped ugly yes, functional - very.

The extra spacers are an experiment, anything is worth a try if it gives me an advantage

recieved and installed my velocity carbon V1 trunk about 15 minutes ago.......Now to vinyl or not to vinyl is the question. It's sitting a little crooked right now...did you know it's a PIA to install a trunk by yourself?!?!?!? Just found that out

This trunk looks so awesome definitely one of my new favorite pieces on my car. Great guy to work with also, he ended up hand delivering the trunk to my house since he was heading up to Canada which saved me a bunch of shipping

Why did you ditch the black vinyl wrap?

I thought it looked good.

The trunk is made by velocity carbon in Portland. I'll most likely get this vinyld within a week to be all matte black again. I was just getting tired of my wing

Ahhh I've wanted that trunk lid so bad. Couldn't justify it though. So I'm in the process of making my own. We'll see how it comes out. Lol
