I would be interested to see the boost plot on that. From the torque curve, is it creeping in the upper rpms? Either that or the turbo wants to keep revving.

It’s peaking 24lbs, I suspect it has more in it but the heads and block are stock, so wanna keep it in one piece until I can do a built motor.

Any reason you used 91 instead of 93?

I go to NY a lot and I didn't want to be stuck somewhere that only 91 was available.

I have since installed a intercooler, charge pipe, and catback. I also have a flex fuel kit which I put up for sale. If the whole kit doesn't sell I'll just install it and then retune with 93.

How was your experience with Prime? I drove up to MA and got tuned at BrenTuning back in April. Of course COVID procedures made things a little anti-climactic (had to drop the car and couldn't really stick around), but I have nothing bad to say about them and the car runs great (my plot is on page 54 of this thread).

Despite E85 being barely available in South Jersey, my next step is going to be a FF kit since my end-goal is to be closer to 400whp. If I don't install the FF kit myself, I may try out Prime this time since they're a lot closer to me than Bren.

FYI the FF kit is probably the easiest modification I have ever installed on a car. I'm across the river outside Philly and I hate that E85 is so limited. I have to drive 30 mins out of my way in opposite directions to get it.

Yeah, I'm in Medford and not too far from Mighty Joe's in Shamong, which is pretty much the only place around that sells E85 (as well as unleaded race gas), but they're near ATCO Raceway so it's not a big surprise that they probably get a lot of demand for it. It's about a 12 minute drive for me there, but I'm never over there so it's technically "out of my way" from anything. The only other one around here is a Conoco on Rt. 130 in Cinnaminson. Worse comes to worse, I do the 5-gallon jug thing and keep a stockpile of stuff in my shed. I'd rather not keep that much fuel in my garage.

Did you do the intake fuel pump as well? I guess my other option is an E-tune if I DIY the install.

I did. I went with the DW-300 although I have heard people have problems with them. Mine has had no issues for close to 10k miles so far. Only thing weird for me was I had to cut a piece of plastic off of it to get it to click into the assembly, which I didn't remember reading about or seeing on any install vids. I have a buddy that works at RT Tuning near here that told me I could just cut it off, and I was getting tuned there the next day so I didn't really have another option lol.

Other than that, the install was pretty straightforward. The hardest part for me was unplugging the pump fuse and letting the car run itself to death haha.

Keep in mind, this is on California Pump 91 (Usually Chevron).
We have the worse gas in the nation.

Also, Antspec's dyno is very conservative they say.

How much boost? Seems kind of low considering you have a built motor.

nothing good will come of unequal length headers. if you want headers, grimmspeed has a nice set of equal length.
