Question Motor Identification?

I have a 2004 WRX I bought a couple years ago, and the shop I bought it from liened it from the kid that blew it up after they rebuilt it and he couldn't pay his bill.

Shortly after I bought it, I started to understand that neither of them knew what they were doing, so I've been slowly rebuilding things back to the way they should be, or properly modding them.

In the process of getting it tuned, I kept getting misfires. Took it to have compression checked and leak-down tested, and the numbers are terrible, so it needs rings and a head gasket.

Because I don't want a complete engine rebuild right now, I bought an "EJ205" from an importer, and I'm trying to understand what it is, what it came from, and what all I need to swap over from my more or less stage 2 USDM EJ205.

The motor housing is marked with EJ20 on top of the case.
The timing cover is marked with EJ206DXDBE-OD9 347002 2H10 on a sticker.
It's a twin turbo setup, and looks like it has AVCS, at least on intake.
It had an A/T plate on it, rather than a flywheel
The heads are marked 20B

It's a full motor, less intercooler. They were even half-way decent with most of the removal, and cut many of the harnesses on the body side of the connector.

Can you help identify the engine, and some specifics about it?
Do you know what all I would need to transfer over from my EJ205 to this to make it work on a USDM ECU?

No, I'm not going with the twin-turbo setup. I'm reusing my headers, up-pipe, turbo and exhaust.
