Subaru Stars Who owned this 05 WRX EJ207 swapped that traded in to Carmax Tampa FL??? I need info.

Hi guys, just bought my first subie and I got it from auction so I have no idea about the set up besides what I can physically see.

I need help knowing the tune, etc and what is wrong with this car. Especially why full boost is at 6k rpm

Purchased from Carmax in Tampa Florida last Monday which means someone probably traded in the week before.

EJ207 swap
6 speed swap
Brembo (gold) with what I believe is hawk hp plus pads.
Sti seats and cluster
Innovative a/f sensor on driver column that doesn't work.
Shift boot and hand brake boot have galaxy pattern fabric.
Aftermarket deep dish steering wheel w/ NRG release.
Missing all the OH-***** handles.
Missing spare tire and trunk carpet
A/C delete
Rotated Precision Turbo
Front bumper is missing fog lights covers and is loose.
Silver front mount intercooler
Lime green intercooler piping on passenger side.
Silver intercooler piping on driver side.
Gold wrapped intercooler pipe to throttle body.
Long style intake manifold.
Radium fuel rails w/ fuel pump switch in cabin (by wheel)
Black Fuel pressure regulator??? Under hood, driver side.
Black Perrin air oil separator.
Aluminum radiator
Seems to be Jdm ecu without a piggy back.
Whiteline Sway bars and endlink
Whiteline tie rods (broken?? Making sound)
BC Coilovers (all are blown)
Hks muffler with a custom 3?" Exhaust. Heat wrap by turbo.
Black/silver 18x9.5 inch wheels with bald tires.
Front driver wheel bearings is shot.
Roof, hood scoop, mirrors all have paint fade.
Hood struts are long af and it opens vertical... hood corners bent.
Was loosing coolant when I got it. Allot of the coolant clamps were not tight enough.... it's good now.

Anyone know this guy? It's a one owner car according to the car check.

I know that guy.
Except the hood wasn't really faded, other than that it would be an identical description.
So nevermind.

Enough.... above extra clean value, but I had my eyes on the candy. Little did i know 3/4 of the candy needs to be fixed or replaced. I need another +4k into it from what I've seen so far. Pretty much the same price as modding a stock car, besides any internal work and the front mount/fuel system. Need coilovers, smaller turbo, bushings, wheel bearinhmgs, tires, wheels (or fix bends), engine management, protune, and paint. Tune because I doubt the tune on it is reliable.
Hope that helps.

Bought it out of state and then flew down to find all the surprises. So it was hit or miss... I got a bit of both.

It came to a good home though so previous owner can rest assured it will continue life well and see plenty the Dragon.
